Specific Need
We have chosen to help the GRMC Hospital Food Services procure a new Frost free Ice Cream Freezer. It would mean a significant amount of time saved for the employess to discontinue defrosting and cleaning the current freezer on a monthly basis.
We also want to support buying new trays for the staff and customers coming through the tray line, as these trays aging are showing significant wear.
If there is enough funding, we would like to purchase some new bags for Meals on Wheels, a mixer for puree purposes.
